Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Installation Services
Where installation services are provided:
• Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the work area.
• Any underground services, pipes, cables, or other hidden obstructions should be disclosed before work begins.
• Additional costs may apply where unforeseen ground conditions or obstacles are encountered.
• Completion times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions or site circumstances.
7. Product Variations
As fencing and timber products are natural materials, variations in colour, grain, texture, dimensions, and appearance may occur. Such variations are not considered defects.
8. Returns & Refunds
Customers should inspect products upon delivery.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns may be accepted in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. Special-order, bespoke, or made-to-measure products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
9. Warranty
Where applicable, product warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Our workmanship guarantee (where offered) applies only to installation work carried out directly by Prestige Nationwide Fencing and does not cover:
• Accidental damage.
• Misuse or neglect.
